For several months now, new housing has been being built on the site of a never-finished kindergarten with a crèche. Demolition work and construction of a new project Kievan Residence began at the end of the year 2019. "It simply came to our notice then, so that the new building fits into the surrounding environment, and to be pleasant for those as well, who live in a housing estate. The first inhabitants could live in the Kyjevská Residence in 2021, "says Marcela Vojtková, Executive Director of MartinDevelopment. Except for 66 apartments in standard, the project will also offer 550 m2 of retail space suitable for smaller operations - cafe, confectionery or ambulance. GalvaniHOME Bratislava: I. stage in the approval, II. already on sale

In the popular Bratislava district of Ružinov, a new project GalvaniHOME is growing. Its undeniable advantage is quality and comfortable living at an affordable price. All apartments will be made in standard design. There is an entrance security door, interior doors with paneled door frame, soundproof walls between apartments, noise insulation in floors, frost-resistant ceramic tiles on balconies and terraces, underfloor heating, ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and each apartment will have its own water tank with consumption measurement.
